Alishba Qazi joined Schoen Clinic York in 2022 as a Clinical Administrator. Alishba is responsible for managing the patients' referral process and liaising with provider collaboratives and community teams from patient admission to discharge.

Alishba is often the first point of call for private enquiries and supports individuals through booking assessments and managing the admission process.

Since joining the team at our highly specialised hospital for adults with eating disorders, she has helped to develop Personal Development Plans (PDPs) with the admin team during appraisals and follows this through by ensuring training and development needs are met.

As a Clinical Administrator, Alishba plays a critical role by facilitating communication, maintaining high standards of care, exceptional customer service, and ensuring that the day-to-day operations run efficiently.
