Schoen Clinic have a fantastic opportunity for a Medical Administrator to join their team assisting the medical secretariat team with administrative tasks.
Description

Reporting to the Services Manager, you will assist the medical secretariat team with administrative tasks.

Principle Duties

Key Accountabilities

  • Scanning of relevant documentation onto the system 
  • ​Requesting imaging through IEP
  • ​Chasing up test results and imaging reports
  • ​Taking telephone calls, answering queries, booking appointments and taking messages
  • ​Booking and amending patient clinic appointments liaising with Consultants and nursing team
  • ​To support the team with clinic prep when required
  • ​General housekeeping and filing
  • ​Taking payments from self-pay patients prior to appointments and procedures
  • ​Work with the team to ensure compliance with Amplitude
  • ​Sending out correspondence to patients and referrers.
