Schoen Clinic London have a fantastic opportunity for a Practice Manager to join our award winning team to provide an efficient, effective and professional supportive service to our Orthopaedic Director.

Principle Duties

  • To prioritise and manage workloads with the aim to grow and develop the practice
  • Proactively manage email and calendars for the Consultant and to ensure efficient an best use of time across multiple demands
  • Promptly respond to all written and verbal queries from patients and relatives
  • Booking and amending patient consultations, treatments and procedures and being responsible for following up patient test results
  • Scheduling patient appointments, diagnostics and surgeries by following up with patients via telephone and email
  • Ensuring all patient records are kept up to date and registering new patients for the Consultant
  • Process patient billing including non-payment and medical insurance claims while managing and filling patient records and documents
  • Identifying improvements to working practices and assessing processes to improve efficiency
