About the Role
As a Psychotherapist at Schoen Clinic Chelsea, you will play a key role in providing both group and individual therapy for adults on the Anxiety and Mood Disorders pathway. You will independently manage a defined caseload, deliver comprehensive therapeutic assessments and interventions, and contribute to the delivery and development of our group/day programme.
Your experience in group facilitation and individual therapy will support our commitment to clinical excellence. You will be actively involved in weekly MDT meetings and play a crucial part in developing patient care plans, risk assessments, and treatment outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Deliver high-quality therapeutic services and maintain a regular clinical caseload.
Actively contribute to weekly Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings.
Provide individual and group therapy sessions, using best practice and evidence-based approaches.
Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of treatment programmes.
Participate in clinical supervision, monthly peer Balint groups, and CPD presentations.
Work with the Therapy Services Manager and Quality Team to utilise Routine Outcome Measures for audit and research.
Ensure care is delivered with cultural competence, and in alignment with equality, diversity, and inclusion standards.
Skills & requirements
You will be a qualified and registered Psychotherapist with experience in adult mental health, specialising in mood and anxiety disorders.
You will have experience and a good understanding of group and individual therapy, adept at managing personal caseloads.
As a Psychotherapist, you will be dedicated to continuous service development and exceptional patient care and able to work collaboratively with the other multidisciplinary teams, contributing to service growth.
