Gabriele is a practicing psychotherapist specialising in eating disorders and other mental health issues providing both talking therapy and bodily based psychological treatment interventions. Her main areas of interest include working with personality and attachment issues, troubled relationships, trauma, abuse, learning difficulties, and mental health. Gabriele’s clinical experience ranges across various age groups from children and young people to adults, working therapeutically both on an individual and group basis.

Gabriele applies various therapeutic approaches from psychodynamic, group analytic, and mentalisation-based treatment, through to creative movement and bodily based interventions in order to facilitate emotional integration and change. She is particularly interested in how feelings and thoughts are experienced and communicated through one’s body and the struggle when the distress is not possible to be thought about.
