Most Amazon UK employees have private health insurance cover with AXA Health, however, most insurance providers do not yet cover diagnostic ADHD or Autism assessments (where a full assessment is carried out by a healthcare professional to rule out or confirm a diagnosis of ADHD or Autism). It is only after this diagnosis is confirmed or ruled out, a personalised support plan can be put in place for any symptoms being experienced.

Assessments are available cheaper online with lots of other providers, but it is of paramount importance to Amazon that only the highest qualilty clinical assessments are offered to their workforce.
The prices above cover the diagnosis part of the journey, ongoing treatment and support may be covered through AXA Health insurance or self-funded (ongoing self-funded treatment benefits from a further 10% Amazon UK exclusive discount).
If you are using your AXA Health cover for any other mental health condition, you must first contact AXA Health for a pre-authorisation code before contacting Schoen Clinic. Thank you.

How to access mental health treatment at Schoen Clinic Chelsea;

One of our bookings team will be in touch to schedule an appointment or request further clinical information (sometimes a GP or healthcare professional referral is required if more information on medical history is requested by our doctors).

Payment will be taken upon booking, quote the discount code if you have one or confirm where you saw the offer.

Once your appointment is confirmed, you may be sent some questionnaires to fill in prior to your assessment. They form an important part of the medical process and must be received prior to your assessment taking place.

Your outcome report will be prepared and sent to you as soon after your assessment as possible.
