Our revised group therapy schedule runs from Tuesday to Thursday, with each day structured around a distinct therapeutic theme to enhance clarity, focus and outcomes.

Group descriptions
Tuesday (trauma-focused groups)

Embodied Psychotherapy is unique group exploring how emotions manifest physically. Through guided movement and body awareness exercises, you will develop deeper emotional regulation and self-awareness. Facilitated by Brenda Naso.

Group Trauma (G-TEP); Guided Self-Help is a specialised, structured group intervention based on the principles of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing). It is designed to help individuals process trauma within a group setting, although the trauma addressed does not need to be a shared experience. Facilitated by Emma Johnson.

Reflect & Restore offers a gentle and grounding close to the therapeutic day. It is designed to support emotional integration and nervous system regulation, providing a structured yet flexible space where you can reflect on the day’s experiences using creative, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches. Facilitated by Brenda Naso.
Wednesday (burnout-focused groups)

Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) Skills This skills-based group introduces techniques to manage intense emotions, improve interpersonal relationships, and increase distress tolerance. Facilitated by Kristin McCarthy.

Assertiveness & Self-Esteem Develop the confidence to express your needs and boundaries effectively. This group helps enhance self-esteem and interpersonal communication skills. Facilitated by Evangelia Mylona.

Mindfulness Learn the art of being present and cultivating a sense of calm through mindfulness techniques. These sessions help reduce stress, improve focus, and promote overall mental clarity. Facilitated by Lucy Eagle.

Thursday (anxiety/depression-focused groups)

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) ACT combines mindfulness and behavioural strategies to help you accept life’s challenges while committing to meaningful actions aligned with your values. Facilitated by Lorraine Green.

Process Group "Intentions" is a reflective and forward-focused space designed to support participants in identifying their personal values, clarifying their goals, and setting meaningful intentions that align with the direction they want their lives to take. Grounded in therapeutic principles, the group encourages participants to deepen their self-awareness, make value-based decisions, and build consistency between their actions and long-term aspirations. Facilitated by Camilla Simpson.

Our groups are available for self-funding patients, although sometimes health insurers do fund these as part of treatment. Please check with your health insurer if you have part/full coverage.
