A referral is preferable from your GP or healthcare professional as it contains essential information about your medical history.
Patients using private health insurance will need approval from their insurance company and an authorisation code before an appointment can be made.

If you are suitable for treatment with us, an appointment will be made for you to come into the clinic and a bespoke treatment plan will be made for you with the most appropriate expert.

A GP referral is preferable so our experts have as much clinical information as possible about you. We also offer free triage assessments with one of our experts if you're not sure which treatment is right for you.
If you require any additional tests or assessments, we will inform you about any charges before commencing with them.
Our pricing structure includes individually tailored therapies and treatment programmes, as well as packages which include several options; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), group psychotherapy, talking therapies, art therapy, dance movement therapy, assertiveness, mindfulness, dietetic support and our Compassionate Mind group comprise our treatment programmes.

Additional Letters - Additional letters needed for purposes such as Schools and Universities, Insurance Providers, employers and any other written support requests will incur an additional fee of £100 for a short letter or £250for a standard letter. For all additional letters, please provide at least 7 working days’ notice.
School liaison appointments - Initial 60 minute School liaison appointments with a specialist nurse/Therapist will be charged at £225, with 30-minute follow-up calls, thereafter, at £150
Professional Meetings - Should it be required that any of our therapists, OT’s, specialists or nurses are required to liaise with external clinicians, on an individual basis, or, as part of a multi-disciplinary team meeting, this will be charged by the hour, at a rate of £380
Additional telephone calls - Additional telephone calls requested outside of the treatment plans made in clinic, will be charged at £50 for the first 15 minutes and £75 per 15 minutes thereafter.

Due to the high demand of referrals we receive for our Consultants, we require 48 hours /2 working days’ notice ahead of the appointment.
This provides us with sufficient time to arrange for someone from our waiting list to be seen. If sufficient notice is not provided, then the full consultation fee will be charged.
Please note that Insurance companies do not cover the cost of late cancellation fees and you would become liable for the full amount.
