Chloe Baron - Hospital Director
Chloe joined Schoen Clinic York in January 2019 as a senior mental health nurse. Since then, Chloe has progressed to the position of Clinical Manager and now takes on the role of Hospital Director.
She is responsible for the allied health professionals and the multidisciplinary function of a patient's stay, alongside ensuring the highest standard of quality care is provided.
Chloe has many years of experience as a registered mental health nurse having worked with a diverse number of mental health disorders.
Her passion is caring for patients with eating disorders and the development of the clinical quality and effectiveness of the service at Schoen Clinic York.
Lisa Chapman - Operations Manager
Lisa joined the team in June 2022 and quickly progressed to the role of Operations Manager at Schoen Clinic York.
She oversees the day to day operations of the hospital along with the administration team.
Lisa is responsible for developing, implementing and embedding new and improved processes and measuring progress to ensure effectiveness in relation to patient care.
She works closely with the Hospital Director and the entire team at Schoen Clinic York.
Dr Tony Winston - Medical Director
Dr Winston is Medical Director at Schoen Clinic UK Group and a Consultant in Eating Disorders at Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Partnership Trust. He has more than 20 years’ experience treating young people with eating disorders.
He qualified in medicine in 1987 and undertook postgraduate training in general medicine, psychiatry and psychotherapy. Dr Winston is an Honorary Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Warwick and has published extensively on various aspects of eating disorders.
He currently leads a national working group on complex eating disorders at NHS England.
