A compassionate pathway to recovery that fits in with your life

Our 4-week hybrid addictions programme at Schoen Clinic Chelsea provides intensive, evidence-based treatment for addiction while allowing you to stay at home, continue working, and remain connected to the people who matter to you.

Designed for adults who want a clinically led alternative to residential rehab, the programme combines daily in-person therapy with digital support and evening/weekend sessions through Rehubs.

This is recovery that fits real life. Holistic, supported, and personalised.

Why choose our addiction treatment programme?

Addiction rarely exists in isolation. It affects the mind, body, relationships, health, work, and sense of identity.

Our programme, designed by a dedicated team of clinical experts, treats the whole person, not just the addiction.

What to expect from your programme

Our 4-week programme identity reflects the rhythm of recovery: stability → growth → connection → confidence.

Week 1: Foundations

Build safety and stability. Understand what brought you here and begin your personalised treatment plan with your multidisciplinary team.

Therapeutic focus: grounding skills, psychoeducation, trust-building, assessments, and goal setting.

Week 2: Momentum

Building strength one skill at a time, learn practical tools to manage cravings, emotions, triggers, and high-risk moments.

Therapeutic focus: emotion regulation, DBT skills, CBT strategies, crisis planning, nutrition and self-care.

Week 3: Connection

Recovery is relational. This week helps you build accountability, recognise relapse factors, and strengthen your support system.

Therapeutic focus: group process, peer connection, relapse prevention frameworks, community and 12-step exposure.

Week 4: Forward

Review your progress, identify risks, consolidate your toolkit and complete your personalised relapse-prevention plan.

Therapeutic focus: future planning, confidence building, aftercare, graduation and transition.

“We cannot express enough gratitude for the care, compassion, and commitment Dr Masud has shown towards my son and our family. He was a constant source of clarity, reassurance, and support, bringing exceptional thoughtfulness, expertise, and genuine humanity.

His careful assessment and unwavering dedication quite literally changed the trajectory of my son’s care and gave us hope when hope was in short supply. We feel in safe hands knowing he is with us.”
