Are you a Mental Health Nurse looking for a new opportunity?
At Schoen Clinic Newbridge we are looking for a caring individual who can combine clinical expertise with a compassionate approach to patient care to join our highly specialised clinic treating young people between the ages of 8-18 within an eating disorders setting.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Lead Nurse, you will ensure that the highest standard of evidence-based nursing care is delivered to all patients and their families and act as patient advocate, ensuring privacy, dignity and confidentiality are met throughout their time with us. You will lead the Nursing and Healthcare team to ensure safe and effective Nursing practices are embedded and work with the Hospital Director and Rota team to ensure the rota is safely staffed to meet the needs of the service.
You will work closely with a large multidisciplinary team, ensuring that all individual care plans are followed whilst adhering to the policies, procedures and guidelines that relate to nursing.

Skills & requirements
The successful candidate will be a compassionate, resilient and open-minded individual who is adaptable, creative and able to provide high levels of support to patients throughout time with us. You will be a qualified Lead Nurse with NMC registration (RMN) and have the ability to manage a caseload of patients. You'll be required to lead a team of nurses to ensure affective and compassionate care.
Previous experience with the patient group is desirable but a special interest, motivation and enthusiasm to work in this area is more important as full training will be given.

Schoen Clinic Newbridge is a highly specialised treatment hospital for children, teens and young adults aged 8-18 years with eating disorders such as bulimia nervosa, anorexia nervosa and OSFED. We widely regarded as one of the best eating disorder hospitals for children, teens and young people in the United Kingdom. Schoen Clinic Newbridge is based on the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield, just off the A452 and 4 miles from the local train station.
We provide inpatient care and private short-stay options for children and teens aged 8-18 years and also offer a day care treatment programme where patients attend on set days, during the day.
